Going somewhere? Tell us.

Some of our families will still be traveling when school opens on August 5th. Others will travel later in the year. Both are completely fine — we only ask that you let us know.

Travel is not something to apologize for. It is one of the best educations a child can get, and we would rather your child go and come back full of it. What we can't do is plan for a child we're expecting who isn't there, or send materials to a family we didn't know would be away.

What we do with this

Knowing your dates lets us hold your child's place, keep their cubby ready, set the right number of lunches, and — if you want it — send curriculum materials with you so your child doesn't lose their thread while you're gone.

Fill this out once per trip. If plans change, send it again with the new dates and we'll use the most recent one.
